Shipping policy

I aim to ship all items using a tracked service (InPost) within 48 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Tracking details will be emailed to you, but please if you need any help just drop us an email at crystalmoonbex@outlook.com.

Items that are Reiki infused may take a day or two longer, but I will keep you updated at all times of any delays.
