Returns Policy

Items can only be accepted for a refund if found to be defective at the time of arrival, contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt if this is the case.

All returns must be via a tracked postal service and at the expense of the buyer, any returns will exclude the original shipping fees.

Please note as these are natural minerals, some imperfections may be seen, but you will have been made aware of these prior to purchase via the listing so please read them fully before confirming your order. No returns will be accepted if the fault is with the buyer for not reading the full description.
